Other than a million man army, do they actually have any military infrastructure? Warships? Planes?

I'm asking seriously, I have no idea.

Yes.
...

All that hardware needs parts and replenishing. Unless China and Russia re giving them major aid, their only line of defense is missiles and all those men. I think Iraq's Army was considered "advanced" in the run up to the first Iraq war and look at how that turned out when faced with modern machinery.

Aye...pure ground forces that are destined to be under supplied. North Korea can't equip a fighting force for a foreign war. It'd be over faster than...pick your example.

No matter how militarized NK is, and how many zillion guys they have in an army, the fact is that they are no match for a modern military. Their one --- and very big --- trump card is that they can threaten to flatten Seoul, and I'd guess that they can probably legitimately do that with just conventional artillery and short range missiles, for which there is no quick sophisticated antidote. If it wasn't for that, I'd imagine Kim would have been gone a while ago.

Now that nukes are also in the picture, they can threaten to take out Seoul even more effectively.

That said, I think Kim, much like Saddam, is not crazy enough to die for his cause. At least not yet. Unless there's direct threat to his life, I don't see him launching any real attacks against anyone.

How long they could stay replenished is anyone's guess, but that isnt the point. I was providing a yes answer to the question asked :)
