They said that Kim Jong Il's policy of bringing about a signal turn in potato farming is a unique and very just policy of Korean-style for a great turn in agriculture as it helps effect a great surge in the agricultural production by arousing the revolutionary enthusiasm and creative initiative of the popular masses in reflection of the specific conditions of the country and the desire of the people.

maybe they better just stick to building nukes......
 
I've often wondered what it is about the communist countries that makes the people such bad farmers... perhaps I've found the answer??!

That's quite the mouthful of words(from the article quote). Gotta love propoganda, it's like making Dennis Miller a government PR person.
