North Face Windwall 2 jacket

I am thinking about purchasing this jacket so that I can survive a New England winter. Does anyone own this jacket or something similar? I would like to hear if it is any good (ie does it actually block wind and keep you warm) before I drop $130 on one. thanks!

get a North Face snorkel.. 10x better, and keeps u hella warm.. << lives in NY, so knows the NE (Northeast) weather...
