Signing in to post this... Two weeks+~ ago, I was at the north checking out some gear. I talked to this chick about my broken zip string for the left bottle holder and how I was too lazy to send it in/ lost receipt. She told me that I can have the store ship it as there's lifetime warranty, no receipt required. Took out all my school crap, that day and registered with my address, etc.
Fast Forward Today! Fedex Home delivery package from Cali. It was repaired and cleaned so throughly, I thought I received a new replacement bag. The premium for TNF is worth it. Durable + lifetime warranty (the broken bungee string is my fault and is a common problem). I will be sending it through the store, every year or so, just to get it cleaned.
Cliffs:
1. Broken bungee string; lifetime warranty
2. Ship through store - no charge; depot received 5/30
3. Repaired and Cleaned bag - thought it was new
4. Turn around time = quick despite Fedex Ground Cali > New England
