The cost will cover any table rental, rental of generators, rental of potapotties and such.

We will be hosting in a concrete floor barn type building for less cost, and as many of you know heat is never a problem at a LAN

EDIT: There will also be some prizes

It's being hosted at a large barn that I am told has a cement floor. There will be generators on hand for power needs and restroom facilies are also planned.

EDIT: In Santa Rosa.... ;)

You can email the address Talon noted for details.

Don't know. We have a fair amount of regulars up here in Windsor that will all be there. There should be a fair turnout, I hope.

Yeah, how far? If it's more than an hour, then I think I'd have to do a LOT of convincing to the parents.

I am a noob at lan parties and I have some questions:

1. Where do people sleep? Sleeping bags?

2. Portapottie is nice, but uh place to wash hands?

3. We buy food at fast food restaurants?

Sorry for the questions
