Norstar M7310 Voicemail

I am having difficulty with a new setting we are trying to apply. Basically I would like line 3 to go straight to voice mail rather than ring. The main problem is we use a voicemail service through our telecommunications provider rather than our internal phone system. I'm just wondering if any one has any experience with syncing a basic offsite voicemail to a particular line with the norstar m7310. I already called our communication provider and they were no help. If anyone has any suggestions that would be great.
