I need to flush and fill my engine coolant and change my fuel filter.

I live in an apt and were prohibited from doing maintenance on our vehicles.

I called a local shop and they quoted me $80.

FYI, I am providing my own fuel filter.

Does this seem a bit high to you guys?

No, not at all if that includes all the coolant too. remember that you need quite a few gallons to fill up the cooling system.
