Normal to see 4.8 reading on 8K7A boards?

my friend has an 8k7a board with a 330w enermax psu. his 5 rail readings is around 4.75-4.80, this cant be good right? is there a reason why this combination of mobo and psu is a no no?

rule of thumb is that it should be +/- %5 percent

mines doing 4.892 and ive yet to see a problem
