Normal Pentium-D 805 core voltage?

Is it normal for the CPU core voltage to fluctuate between 1.26 - 1.32 volts (not constantly) as reported by CPU-Z? My Biostar PT880 PRO A7 Combo runs it at a default of 1.28 volts. The retail box says 1.40v. Intel specification says it operates between 1.20v - 1.40v for the 805. Should I raise the voltage up to about 1.40v?

No need for raising the voltage at all unless you are overclocking. It's within the voltage range for that chip.
