When I crank her on up to 6xAA by 16xAF in BF2 @ 1024x768 I get some laggish frame drops down to around 30 fps at times. Even in Doom 3 or Quake IV my frame rates are dropping down to 30's.

It seems that 6x AA is choking my card pretty bad. I've put it up to 2x, and the frame rates stay around 50-80 fps but that still does not seem right. I've tried the omega drivers, and the new catalyst drivers but they are near identical.

I've thought maybe at 1024x768 it would cpu bound but I've got my 3600 up to around 2.6 Ghz at the moment. I've even taken the OC off thinking maybe something was wrong, but there wasen't much of a difference.

Only game I'm very satified with the performance is Guildwars. I can barely tell a difference between this, and my 7600 GT I had. It seems any kind of high anti aliasing settings are choking it out even in such a low resolution.

I have the newest chipset drivers installed for my motherboard, all Windows Updates, and etc. I've used Driver Cleaner Pro, and cleaned of all drivers, and reinstalled over and over again. Even formated, and still have the prob. I guess I'll just have to settle with 2x or 4x anti aliasing. For some reason I thought this card would perform a little better after reading benchmarks.

Fixed my FPS problems I've been having with this card. I disabled adaptive anti-aliasing, and Temporal Anti-Aliasing, and now I'm hitting 90-100 fps solid in bf2. *got it capped at 100 by default*. 6x/16x works fine, and I can't tell a difference in Image Quality. Knew something was choking the card down.
