Normal Ballistix vs. Ballistix Tracers (1066)

Is there any difference between the two? i.e. Tracers aren't D9 while the normals aren't right? Only difference is the LEDs that I can see. I can get the normals for $10 cheaper than the Tracers but wondered if there was a performance difference. From the reviews I looked at I couldn't distinguish one but thought I'd ask before biting.

They are both D9's. They are the same except for the LED's.

Those tracers put out some weird ugly lights anyways, they're annoying and serve no useful purpose.

While I agree that it is a lame idea to put the LEDs on there. I'm sure the extra cost of mounting them and R&D makes it worth at least 50 cents an LED lol
