This is the name of one of the writers on snl who also wrote for kids in the hall. Is this just coincidence or is it a joke that his full name (Norman Hiscock) is pronounced phoenetically "norm and his cock". If this isnt his real name, i must say its one of the best stage names ever. Though if I had to take one I might choose Hugh G. Rection.
