Dropped my razor and broke off part of the head holder. Went to Norelco's site to see if I could purchase a replacement and instead quickly found they had live support. A few minutes later I have a name and phone number to call an authorized distributor place. They have my part in stock and I am taking it to them tomorrow. Cheap too, only like $8 to fix.
