Dropped my razor and broke off part of the head holder. Went to Norelco's site to see if I could purchase a replacement and instead quickly found they had live support. A few minutes later I have a name and phone number to call an authorized distributor place. They have my part in stock and I am taking it to them tomorrow. Cheap too, only like $8 to fix.

Norelco used to have their own repair shop in the East 40's, IIRC, here in NYC. The place was awesome... until it closed! Now we have to go to Macy's to the top floor where they have a Norelco desk. You have to throw the dice there to hope you get someone competent.
