While I know some people have a less than favorable opinion of buy.com (I haven't really bought that much from them so I can't say anything) I thought that someone looking for this player might be interested. Amazon has them for $150 so I'd say this is at least a decent deal as far as price. There are some reviews from Videohelp.com here that say the dp-501m is actually a rebadged LiteOn LVD-2001 and can be re-flashed as such. You can find Videohelp.com reviews of the LVD-2001 here.
