So, I dropped my iPhone the other day. Missed my pocket and it just slid down to the ground. Thankfully, no real external damage minus a small scuff on the bottom. However, now my speaker is noticeably lower in volume, but only when I get notifications and general sounds (typing and such). The ringer volume and alarm I have not noticed a difference.
Is it possible I somehow tweaked a setting or knocked loose a speaker connection? Would it be worth getting it looked at at an Apple store? There is one close enough, I could set up an appointment. I'd rather not have to replace my entire phone because besides this small problem, there isn't anything wrong with it. I don't have Apple Care btw. Any ideas on settings or suggestions on what could be wrong?
Can't believe I dropped it though. This is the first phone in years I've actually dropped. =(
