Noobie Question: How do I overclock...

Got my system nice and stable now... So I figured I would pump it up a bit...
Right now I'm running

Barton 3000+ 333FSB w/ HyperX DDR333 1024MB DualDDR
CPU: 166 fsb freq x 13 mult
Memory: 3/3 sync, 5-2-2-2-1T
Default voltages

What is the first thing I should change?
I think my CPU is locked so I will need to unlock it...
but what can I increase after that? Will I be able to increase FSB and decrease the memory frequency? Also since it wont be running in sync anymore... Will I be hit with a performance hit... in which case is it better to just leave it stock?

I'm new to overclocking so a little help would be appreciated.
