Noobie I need some advice!

I was cleaning the CPU Fan and when I re-installed it the prongs on the CPU were not lined up and i bent them I also noticed a black burn mark on two of the holes in the AM3 Socket, and now I need to buy a new processor(I hope I didn't hurt the socket or the motherboard with the burn marks). I currently have an AMD Athalon 11x4 95w (ADX630MFK42gi) which is I believe 2.8Ghz. SInce I'm spending the money to buy a new one anyway; what is the best processor that I can buy that will fit an AM3 Socket and a 95w Motherboard?
