I have a samsung captivate on ATT. A month ago when I got the phone I installed Unleash the Beast, and did a lagfix and left it at that.
Now it looks like Cognition (SRE2) is all the rage and I want to install it. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=786532 I don't know how I'm supposed to go around doing this. I'd ask in the xda forum but all they do is to tell you to read a billion threads where nobody really answers the question.
Some people say you just flash with the clockwork mod. Other people have a whole list of like 10 things they do (flash stock, flash this rom, flash another rom, use one click root, do this, then flash clockwork).
It can't be this difficult. I'm on Unleash the Beast and want to install Cognition and would love to not have to reinstall every app I have. What am I supposed to do? Install a stock ROM and then Cognition? Just flash over my current unleash the beast install? I don't get why so many people flash 18 different things before flashing cognition.
