What is Heatware? And what do these "trolls" do to the heatware to get this label to them?

Heatware is basically a rating system, very similar to Ebay's feedback system. People trade things and depending on how well the transaction goes, people leave 'heatware' for each other.

trolls are basically "scammers" or people who scam other people in these transactions.

heat is a rating system for the buyers/traders. it's used to see if you should buy/sell/trade with someone.
