Noob question about case fan

if i have a case fan installed at the front of the case, should it be blowing air INTO the case, or should air be flowing out?
 
usually the fan on the front of the case is sucking air in... also put another fan on the back of the computer case that is blowing air out of the case.. this will generally create a good air current running through your entire case
