Well, first and foremost, hello, I'm new to the tech world and I've just recently built my new computer. It runs fine and if you want I'll list the specs later.
My question is with my 680i is the heatsink for the NB/SB the thermal paste. From what I've read is disgusting and has a very sloppy application which causes it to overheat.
Is is ok for me to remove the thermal compound and clean it off with ArtiClean and apply Ceramique on to it with out it short curcuiting? Because I've never done anything like this before.
