NOOB OCing questions and Thanks....

Hey all, ust got my X-mas present put together in my pseudo new rig and wanted to say thanks to several people/groups and ask a few questions.
First off, thanks to Anandtech.com, AbXZone.com and XtremeSystems.org for great support and nice people.
Second, thanks to GravediggA and UberL33tJarad for great FAQs on OCing.

Now....I could love any advice people were willing to offer on my current rig and settings. See my sig for the system.
After installing everything, (is. SP2, drivers, programs etc.) I installed RivaTuner and tried to unlock my PNY 6800 NU. I first tried the 4 additional pixel pipelines, but the computer would boot up to a black screen with my mouse ponter stuck on it. So...my assumption was that the 4 locked pipelines were bad, so that was bummer. 3Dmark05 score here was 3156.
Then I tried unlocking the 6th vertex shader which did work. 3Dmark 05 score: 3244.
After that, I used rivatuner to software overclock the card to about 385 Core clock and 884 mem clock. 3DMark 05 Score was 3414

Now I was going to try and OC my mem/CPU.
I have tried all sorts of settings with disappointing results. First I tried setting my memory to 2-3-3-10 with 1T and 2.6volts and got 3409 on 3DMark05 .
I then tried to go up on HTT and have made it currently to 212 with my Bios VOltage set at 1.5V. I have attached a screen shot of some of the diagnostic/bench mark soft ware I have tried running.

When I tried a HTT of 215, 3Dmark05 crashes. I initially went up to 220 from 210 and the system failed to POST all together. It just sat there with a balck screen and beeped at me.
SO...Surrently I have my memory set at AUTO in the bios, but changed to 1T timing, my mem voltage at 2.6, CPU voltage at 1.5, AGP voltage at 1.6, HT frequesncy at 3x, Max Memclock at 200 MHz.

Questions:
1. Any other suggestions? DO you guys need more info?
2. Is my Powersupply limiting me?
3. Other bios settings to try?
4. I keep hearing of most people easily getting to 230+ with no adjustments at all except to HTT, no voltage changes etc.
5. Am I doing the right thing with my memory?

PS. How do I add an attachment for my Desktop screen pic?

set the memory to 166... this will give you the divider or 5:4 i believe, havign the memory run outta sync is alright if your httt freq makes up for it

Thanks, several others have mentioned that at well. I will give it a try and then start upping the HTT.

Here is what I have now:
Max Memoryclock set at 166
HTT at 240
memory 2-3-3-5 at 2T
VCore at 1.525v, but CPU-Z is only showing 1.40v??? WHats up with that?
Any other suggestions?

try and have your memory run at 1T if at all possible, and loosen your CAS timings to 2.5 maybe. timings make barely any performance difference, while 1T makes a large performance difference. what cpu-z shows is usually right. try putting your CPU VID at 1.4, and putting the 2nd voltage changer to +5%, +8%, etc. when i adjusted the CPU VID on my mobo, it didnt really work. but when i leave that at stock, and change the 2nd cpu voltage setting, that works.
also, run prime95 torture test ALL NIGHT and see if you get any errors.
