noob...amd 64 3200+ 754 or 3200+ 939 and mobo question

i'm thinking about getting the 3200+ 939 Winchester for$239...But after looking around i found the 3200+ 754 clawhamer, with 1mb L2 Cache for $192...what is the advantage of these two processors, and which one do you think is the best for the price???i do not mind spending the money, just want to know which one is better...
As for the mobo i'm thinking of MSI k8t neo2-FIR or Gigabyte K8nsnxp-939 if i go with the 939...
for the 754 i'm going to go with GIGABYTE "GA-K8NSNXP" nForce3 250 Chipset

So what do you want here? do you have a case, PSU, ram, GFX card, are you planning on overclocking?

i just bought from newegg.com...1mb of ram from PDP...got the 6600GT(GIGABYTE)...and everything elase from my old comuter...and no overclocking for me🙂
