...Not Bush, not Cheyney, not Rumsfeld, no one... I have one simple questions. Is the army deployed to protect every single nuclear power plant?

i live in westchester ny about 15-20 minutes away from indian point nuclear power plant and the local channel said that there is a ring of guards around the power plant along with military vehicles, also my town borders croton resevoir, which is the main supply of water for the city, and there is also a large amount of police, DEP, and other officers keeping an eye on that
