non-vibrating case

who knows any good non-vibrating case that cost about 50-100 dollars.

I suppose just about any case could vibrate if things are loose on it. I'd suggest isolating where the noise is comming from first and go from there.

I second the Sonata, its very quiet and inexpensive. The SLK3000B is also quiet and cheap.
