"Non-system disk, press any key" error after installed new hardware.

Any one have any idea what this "Non-system disk, press any key" error could be related to? I just installed a new dvd drive and new RAM. I'm going to play around with it but in the meantime I could use some help, if people have ever gotten this message before.. Thanks a lot in advance.

Uh oh... meaning your disc is not recognized as a boot drive. make sure your HD is booting first.

I had some issues installing my 7200.10 but I soon realized it was trying to boot from my CF card that I stuck into my cardreader. I unplugged that, checked my HD boot order (7200.10 was first) and then voila, it was booting from my HD.

What happens if you take out the RAM or the DVD drive?

Yeah it was booting off my USB harddrive rofl.. I figured it out like 2 minutes after i posted that but forgot about posting back to let you guys know. Thanks a lot though.
