Non Stop Reboots

Hi there, ive been having some crappy problems since i replaced my mobo, now that i connected the video card the it will keep rebooting after 5 to 10 secs its turned on....
any ideas?

Overheating or lack of power.

Please give the specs of your computer and check to see if all fans are turning including the one on the hard drive.
