Is there any way to get my AMD RAID array to work in both Linux and Windows 7?
It works in 7 but Debian doesn't even see it.
Are there drivers for the AMD 990FX chipset that I could get? Maybe that would get it working.
Thanks

That's still software RAID, it just has a little firmware assist to make booting work easier. The dmraid Linux package might be able to detect and use it, but I'm not sure how to make that work in the Debian installer since I've never used my motherboard's on-board software RAID.

Just about every chipset raid isn't supported under any Linux. My experience is that once you get the controller recognized and up, you'll see the individual disks and not your raid array. Get a raid controller with a cpu and RAM and you can do this.
