More effective than a collar.

Dogs learn through pain. Coddling does not suit them well. That is the way of the world. Everyone knows this.

I've seen ones that squirt citronella out. It's a disagreeable and scent/feel to a dog and they learn to associate barking with something unpleasant.

Funniest thing I've ever seen was when my dog barked at a dog wearing one of these. The poor little guy got squirted in the face for something he didn't do.

Like usual, you are incorrect. Everyone knows this.

My friend used to leave her dog at my house during the day but he barked so much that a neighbor complained. An electronic-shock anti-barking collar she had did not work.

However, a citronella bark collar like this one worked on the very first correction. Sadly, he must have sprayed himself while playing with my dog b/c ever since, he won't play with my dog even without the collar.

Pain. Discomfort. The same thing. I'm still correct. You are still a fool. Everyone knows this.
