Non profit IT consulting company for non profits?

I currently work for a non profit - but I was thinking....

A non profit IT consulting firm to serve non profits? - sounds like an interesting business model to look at.

hmmm, i do IT services for the medical community. if i did IT work for a Non Profit institution and all i got was cost of goods sold and paid for my time, would that be considered non profit for that particular venture?

I've done web design for a few non-profits and they all expect it to be for free since they are np.

yeah, I work for a non profit - and make more than my friends in corporate it lol
