Non-partisan voting records site

I found a site once that compared voting records of Congressmen and Congresswomen, and showed where on the spectrum they were. It also showed how many bills they had introduced and how many they had voted for (vs. how many they abstained from).

Any ideas where I can find sites like this?

Don't know about "voting records", but Google The League of Women Voters, historically one of the best non-partisan orgs to go to for in depth info about candidates at all levels.

None of those are exactly it, but they're close. This site compared votes from politicians against one another to determine how liberal or conservative the candidates were. It had a big graph with points representing all the candidates... blue for dems, red for reps.

I was actually surprised that I didn't see one. It probably would be helpful. I'll start a list in the OP.
