Non iphone 4s apps not lauching after installing a new ring tone

After installing a new ringtone using itunes now all my non preloaded apps (stuff from the appstore) are not launching at all, they show up loaded in the task bar but just flash when I click on them. Tried battery cycle several times and that didnt work. In the process of restoring now.


Anyone else have this issue?
