non disposable e-mail

I need a non disposable free e-mail account. Some websites and forums don't let you sign up with a yahoo or gmail. Can you list me some e-mails that are free that might work>

Try Guerrillamail or Maildrop. A lot of sites have started to block the popular disposable ones.

Ugh... Ok so I personally checked this one myself Emailondeck and was able to sign up. Hopefully you can finally create an account.
