I got all the stuff new from NEW EGG.MB= MSI 770T-C35. CPU is a AMD Phenom II X4 920, RAM G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2, Video = ASUS EAH5670/DI/1GD5 Radeon HD 5670. New power supply too, but its a generic 550 watt. Changed out the ram and Vedio card with 3 compatable items, And tried another power supply. I RMA ed the MB, got it back..new one again, but still no boot. I just ordered a new AMD Phenom II X2 545 Callisto
3.0GHz to see if that will get it booting.

Its still not wanting to boot? Hoping the MB will boot with the on the way CPU.

Any other ideas?

Make sure the four pin power connector is plugged into the MB. Do a minimal install outside the box with one stick of ram. Make sure the stick is in the right slot for that configuration. Check case connectors for the proper orientation to pin one. Look for the embossed triangle on each plug and do not depend on the cable labels. Make sure power connector is plugged into the GPU.

Sigh. Newegg is selling your MB (MSI 770T-C35) but, the MSI site steadfastly refuses to admit they make a C35 version and only lists the C45. I was attempting to verify your ram was listed on the QVL.
