I like malta, but it's sweet, and not exactly a beer. At least it tastes good.

Have had some really amazing ales under 5%abv, but never had anything close to 0.5%.

Westbrook Gose is fucking delicious. I cant get enough of it, at 4%.

mmmm salty beer.

I work at a brewery.
Low alcohol beers (session ales) are 3-5 %.....we've never made anything like a 'no-alcohol' beer.

I've never seen or tried it , but I'd have to think the Sheik is right , something made by Guinness is probably a good start.
The Molson/Labatt/AB stuff is garbage.

:D

Radeberger Gruppe USA, a division of The Radeberger Gruppe Germany, the country’s largest brewing group, today announces the U.S. launch of Clausthaler Amber Dry Hopped, the world’s first dry-hopped, non-alcoholic (NA) beer that is also the world’s first unfiltered NA with Cascade hops. It is a bold new approach to the popular Clausthaler Golden Amber and demonstrates the brand’s commitment to continued innovation, having originally pioneered the entire NA beer category, and to quality refreshment. Produced in accordance with Germany’s centuries-old Beer Purity Decree (Reinheitsgebot), Clausthaler Amber Dry Hopped incorporates Cascade hops from Yakima, Wash., in the dry-hopping process. The hops are added after fermentation and lend a bright, fresh flavor with notes of citrus and spice. They complement the brew’s rich, natural dark aroma, inherent hoppiness and hints of malty caramel. At less than 0.5% ABV, Clausthaler Amber Dry Hopped is available in 12 oz. bottles at prices comparable to imported NA brews.

Non alcoholic beer is like getting a lap dance at a strip club. Yeah, it's kinda like the real thing but in the end you're just wasting your money screwing yourself.

Beer tastes okay...

But any other alcoholic beverage minus the alcohol = sacrifice for no gain.

I found a really good 3.5% beer from a local brewery. I'll have to dig it up.

I like low ABV beers because it means I can drink more of them. I also like good beer, which means I'm usually drinking something 6% or more and lots of the really good beers are 10-12%. I had a beer the other day that was 18% - strongest beer I've seen so far.

You could make your own ginger ale in your closet with little more than fresh ginger, some simple baker's yeast, fruit and sugar, a little time, and end up with something close to 0.3% alcohol.

And it's tasty.

Only if I were an alcoholic. Even then it would be a bad idea, because you'd be thinking about drinking. So no on non-alcohol beer. I'd just drink bottled water or juice.

330ml 60cal 0.0% and $1.25 a bottle.
Best tasting so far.

Do you have any other suggestions?????
