What an infield that would be..with A-rod and Jeter there too.

I wonder how Red Sox fans would react to this.

The ultimate irony though is if Nomar joins the Yankees and then the Cubs win the World Series next year.

BTW I would not take these Nomar rumors too seriously. According to the rumors, he was headed to Toronto, San Diego, Los Angeles, Reds, and now the Yankees.

The Yankees are just showing interest to drive his price up and keep him away from Toronto, which is beginning to build a competitive team for next year and NY already has enough trouble with Boston being better than they are.
