yup. It was very appropriate. Even after he left, he was still regarded as a red sox. He was that iconic in this city. You knew him coming back in some form was bound to happen.

I wasn't. If you think with your head and not with your heart, it was good timing because of all of the injuries he accumulated. That aside, yes, it stunk to lose him but sports is a business unfortunately. Good to see he enjoyed his time here though
