ive narrowed it down to these two... theyre like 10 bucks apart in price so i really dont care which one it is... the muvo looks really small and im wondering how easy to use the interface is, the 2c on the other hand looks a lil bigger and is a lil more expensive so therefore its better (i know its terrible logic, especially with computer stuff)

so basically does anyone have any experience with either of these? which would guys recommend? my main concern is ease of use and battery life...

thx! :)

I think the IIc have some firmware update that allows larger upgrade cards. I'd get that.

The Muvo is a little more flexible in that it can double as a USB thumb drive for transporting data. Memory capacity is not really expandable.

The Nomad IIc is on its way out, as SmartMedia is pretty much a dead format. The largest size card is 128MB, but then if you buy the IIc with 128MB onboard, you can get a maximum total of 256MB (twice the size of the Muvo). However, a big plus is the LCD display, which will tell you what is going on.

If size and weight is a concern, go with the Muvo, otherwise get the Nomad IIc.

If I were you, I wouldn't buy the Creative units at all. I have no idea how much these things are in the US, but something like the iRiver 390 is a FAR better choice.
