Nokia ring tones for 3360 and 5165?

My wife and i just got new cell phones, mine is a Nokia 3360 and her's is a 5165

we'd like to get customized ringtones, and so far the only place that i have successfully received any from is www.zingy.com, however she never could receive any tones (but she got the confirmation code, weird)

so what i'm looking for is a website that has a lot of ring tones that you can send for free to either a 3360, 5165, or both

we have it through cingular, with the @mobile.mycingular.net extension

any help is much appreciated!

i just got a new 3360 through cingular today as well!

i've been looking for ringtones too

quick question though: do i need to have the text messaging service in order to receive ring updates?

yeah, for me it was enabled by default... it's like 50 cents to get a txt message, or you can pay $4 a month or something for 350 or something like that

you know for the 3360...does it come with a ringtones enabled? Where do you do it, in profiles? My phone doesn't seem to be able to do it, and I know it varies by Carrier. In your menu, do you have an option to create your own ringtone? Thanks :S

well supermegaphone doesn't work for me...

good luck to anyone searching with google... hundreds of "free" sites come up, you only have to call a foreign phone number which costs 90 cents (wow, nice and free...)

I know the 5165 dosent, but does the 3360 have IR capability?

If it does, you could always use a palm pilot to send them with software like moneytone, its what i use on my 8290...

can you expand on this a little bit?

where would i find moneytone?

my palm and 3360 are sitting here staring at each other, but they have nothing to "talk" about!

lol, tha's true..i think you can use the Infrared Port built-in to the 3360 to send data. Just a guess. :S

I've also heard i can use the 3360's infrared port as a modem for my ipaq... kinda complicated, and i need to sign up for wireless internet through cingular (for a bunch of extra $$$ a month), but seems like it may be worth a try

any idea when me43 will start having ringtones again?

there is a website

http://www.boltblue.com

and they let you download free ICON's no matter what type of phone you have, although im sure pretty mcuh all Nokia's and Erikkson's.

Check it out its worth it, but i think they give u a limited amount of icons to download to your phone so be sure you pick the one you want, cuz i think its like 5 downloads...
