Nokia PC Suit

Ok, so I picked up a Nokia 5310 today and decided I'd try Nokia's software. I imported 3 videos, it did the conversion and copied them with no errors. but when I try to play them on my phone I'm just getting audio. I tried converting an 2 MPEG's & an AVI just to make sure it wasn't the file.

Does this software suck? I like drag and drop but if it's not going to convert properly I might as well scratch it
