Nokia DVB-S, SCSI & Windows XP

Dell Optiplex GX 240 w/ Tekram 315 PCI SCSI connected to Nokia 9600 DVB-S.

I downloaded ASPI.exe, but am still having problems getting Windows XP to recognize Nokia.

When I run Overflow Video Grabber, the SCSI is greyed.

Is their some trick in using SCSI under Windows XP?
