Nice phone, but expensive per minute (until you buy the $75 or $100 cards). Found the rates HERE.

CARD VALUE - Rate Per Minute
$25: 35¢ to 65¢
$50: 30¢ to 50¢
$75: 15¢ to 25¢
$100: 12¢ to 22¢

I just bought a Virgin Mobile phone that runs .25 per minute for the first 10 minutes, then 10 cents for each minute thereafter each day. No roaming fee, rates good throughout the 48 states. Minimum minutes you must purchase are $20 worth every 3 months.

These pre-paids are nice for emergency use, but I would hate to pay these rates if I had one and talked a lot...

Thats what I use mine for, emergencys. At $6.67 per month its a nice security blanket on the raod.
