Nokia 800 internet tablet

I have a Nokia 800 arriving today and am looking forward to getting started with it.

Any tips or suggestions, or program recommendations? If you have/had one, please share your wisdom. I'll be receiving a couple of 8gb sdhc cards next week to help open it up a bit as well.

I have the Nokia 770, and it's okay, but slow. You should upgrade to the latest OS2008 image. Most of the software for it(including the 2008 image) is available at this website: http://maemo.org/

Since the prices of the 770 came down I was tempted, but it was that slowness that I read about which held me back. Fortunately they released the 810 recently to make the 800 more affordable. I've read good things about os2008, particularly that it clocks the processor at 400mhz instead of the underclocks speed of 330mhz of os2007. :thumbsup:
