nokia 6230 questions

I just ordered a nokia 6230, and it will be here next week. I will be using the mp3 player function on the phone and am looking for a stereo headset. on the nokiausa website it states that only the hs-8 works with the phone. when i have been searching the net i have come across different sources saying that the HS-3 will work. can anyone confirm this? i dont really care for the hs-8 headset.

My second question is do i really need the $50.00 nokia brand data cable? are there others that will work fine? (where to buy)

Finally, does anyone have any experience with either the nokia hdw-3 or hs-11w bluetooth headsets. I have been reading that the hdw-3 works well. i cant find any info on the hs-11w.

Any comments are appreciated, thanks in advance.

i use the hs-3. it works fine, but of course they can't compared to my imported sharp md-33s.

what do you need the data cable for? use bluetooth. an external dongle is only half the price of the data cable.

i use the jabra bt200 headset so i can't comment.
