Nokia 3650 Networking via bluetooth probs

I put in my bluetooth USB dongle on my PC, have everything installed, and they even recognize each other, are authorized, and are paired devices. but, I can't get the 3650 to send anything to the PC, when I try to it says send failed, also, I can't get the 3650 to show any shared files, I'd like it so all images and videos would be shared. Maybe I'm missing a setting somewhere, or it could be something else. Tried reading the manual but with no luck, anh help would be appreciated, thanks
