I built a computer for my mums boyfriend a few months back, it included a ATi 2600 XT.
The Graphics Card started getting rather noisey, to the level of being quite a nuisance (the rest of the PC is almost silent). I tried tightening the screws, but the didn't help much and it has recently being get much worse.
Furthermore, in the last couple of daying, playing high end games the computer has died (the monitor just doesn't have any output at all), I think it may be the graphics card overheating. I've tried tightening and loosening the screws to no avail, here are some pictures of the card:

Do you think it'd be worth buying a new VGA fan or something :-/? It's certainly still within it's warrenty (which is the other awkward thing as I can't remove the heatsink without voiding the warrenty).
