Noisecontrol Silverado 50

I'm wondering about buying this cooler but haven't been able to find any reviews of it. Besides being damn expensive and heavy, it should be extremely quiet (around 13db).

Anbody used this cooler? And how does it perform compared to a Gorb which I have now perfomance and noise wise.
