Noiseblocker ultrasilent fans? h1a comparable fans

Hi guys, I was looking for fans that are comparable to the Panaflo H1A 80mm (39.6cfm/32dba) and found this chart: http://www.silentpcreview.com/files/fanspecs/fanspecs.pdf

There's a few fans in there made by noiseblocker ultrasilent that seem to be much better (one 80mm is 44cfm/32dba).

I've searched with google and altavista for these things, but can't find any american retailer. Does anyone know wher you can buy or see a review of these or any other good quality fans that are better than the h1a?
