Noise level on the Sparkle 350 PSU

Anyone using this Power supply in their case? Just wondering if there is anyway to quiet this bad boy down...(unless everyone elses' are very quiet...)

i have a sparkle 300 noisy fan also
but this case runs 3/4 c cooler than my case with a quiet fan p/s so??
i am tempted to put in an enermax temp sensing fan that speeds up as it gets hotter...
oh yeah this has a 600 duron @1000
256 pc 100 mem 1 80 mm cheep fan blow in front
1 enermax 80mm exhaust
mid tower case
who knows brand ahha

just that I am contemplating opening up the PSU and see if I can lube it or do SOMETHING to make it a bit quieter...with this kind of noise, I don't have to worry about any of my cooling fans being too loud...
