Noise Control Silverado + AMD1.2Ghz high temps?!

What temperatures should I be getting with an AMD1.2Ghz and Silverado (with Artic Silver 2) in a Lian-Li PC60 case? With Asus Probe and MBM5, I'm getting temperatures between 50-52C, which seems kinda high to me. I had a cheap Taisol heatsink before (CEK733092), and with that I was getting temperatures around 49-50C, and that was WITHOUT any thermal paste. So did I just not install the heatsink right? I followed the instructions for the Noise Control Silverado and for the Artic Silver 2 pretty closely.
